Terms and Conditions – Gleamify Bond Cleaning Services

Welcome to Gleamify Bond Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Service Scope

Gleamify provides professional bond cleaning services aimed at ensuring properties meet the standards expected by property managers or landlords during end-of-lease inspections. The service includes cleaning of all rooms, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces, as per the selected package.


2. 5-Day Bond Cleaning Guarantee

We offer a 5-day bond cleaning guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth end-of-lease processes.
Key aspects include:

  • Timeframe:
    The guarantee is valid for 5 days (120 hours) from the time of the initial cleaning service.

  • Rectification:
    If, within 5 days, the property manager or landlord identifies areas requiring further cleaning, Gleamify will return to rectify those areas at no extra cost.

  • No Extra Cost:
    The re-cleaning is included in the original service price and will not incur additional charges.

  • Communication:
    It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within the 5-day window and provide relevant reports (e.g., exit report or inspection report) from the property manager or landlord. Delays in communication may void the guarantee.

  • Exclusions:
    Certain conditions are not covered under the 5-day guarantee, including:

    • Natural dust settling

    • Watermarks or stains caused after the initial cleaning

    • Weather-related marks or damage

    • Additional tasks not covered in the original quote

  • Important Notice:
    We are not responsible for any cleaning issues identified by the landlord or agency after the 5-day period. Any request made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a free re-clean.


3. Booking and Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit must be made prior to or on the day of service.

  • Prices are based on average room sizes and condition. Heavily soiled areas may incur extra charges upon inspection.

  • Any changes to the booking (including rescheduling or cancellations) must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure electricity and water supply is available at the property.

  • Property must be vacant for effective cleaning unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pets must be secured or removed during the service.

  • Provide full access to all areas that require cleaning.


5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure or under exceptional circumstances, assessed case-by-case.


6. Limitations of Liability

Gleamify is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

  • Incomplete bond refunds due to factors beyond our control (e.g., damages, unpaid rent, etc.).

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.


7. Amendments to Terms

Gleamify reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
